Placements24 is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Automotive Software Developer to design, develop, and implement software for next-generation vehicles. You will work on embedded systems, in-car infotainment, ADAS, and vehicle connectivity from a fully remote setup.
Join a global team of engineers and product managers, contributing to the full software lifecycle from conception to deployment. Requires 5+ years in automotive software, C/C++, RTOS, and AUTOSAR expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in automotive.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Python or equivalent languages.
- Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, CAN/Ethernet communication.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR and automotive software processes.
- Strong problem-solving and remote teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy software for automotive embedded systems.
- Develop features for infotainment, connectivity, or ADAS systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and system architects on requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Stay updated with trends in automotive software and tools.
