Qualifications

• M.Sc. or higher in Statistics, CS or related field with extensive clinical research experience.
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, SAS and open-source development for clinical data.
• Experience applying AI/LLM tools to coding, testing and review processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern open-source application development strategy for clinical data tools.
• Design, write, test, and maintain SAS, R and Python code for priority apps.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate testing, linting, and deployment.
• Mentor others in software engineering and enforce coding standards.
