Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support psychological assessments and interventions within the Primary Care service, under supervision. The role includes audits, data collection and research projects, plus facilitating webinars and online groups.

You will work remotely most of the time, with occasional travel to training sites, and contribute to service improvement while developing clinically and academically through CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate with at least a 2:1 degree and eligibility for graduate basis for registration with BPS.
• Strong verbal and written communication, good organisation, ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Experience in data analysis using Excel and SPSS; audits and research experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Undertake psychological assessments and interventions under supervision.
• Assist in audits, data collection, and research projects to improve service delivery.
• Support delivery of webinars and online groups within Talking Therapies.
• Contribute to training and supervision of staff in the service.
