Qualifications

• Previous surfacing experience is essential.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with NEC form of Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Accurate pricing of all work for the Southern Region.
• Understanding and interpreting the commercial and technical requirements of each bid.
• Carry out customer/client visits to maintain relationships.

Skills

Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office

Confident telephone manner

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Great attention to detail

Organised and ability to manage & prioritise workloads

Estimating software (Causeway or similar)
