You will oversee the AMHP service, provide clinical direction, and support a team of 10. The ideal candidate will hold current SWE registration and possess solid management experience. I’m looking for an experienced AMHP to step into a Team Manager role within an Adults Mental Health team. This is a leadership post with genuine flexibility - you’ll have oversight of the AMHP service, provide clinical direction for MHA work and MOJ cases, and support a team of 10 (including two Seniors). Most of the role can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
