Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients through strategic outreach,using calls, emails, and social selling techniques.
  • Qualify leads accurately and secure high-value appointments for our senior sales team, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Utilise CRM and sales enablement tools to track outreach, manage leads, and provide clear, actionable reporting on activities and outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Lumina Intelligence’s evolving product suite to maintain a competitive advantage.
About You
  • Demonstrable success in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales, ideally with experience working remotely.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organised, with a proven ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and energised by achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology is advantageous but not essential—what matters most is your drive to succeed and your ability to deliver results.
