Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, UK-focused freelance basis. Role involves live conversations with an AI voice model, ranking outputs, and explaining differences between options, all on a flexible schedule.

You will evaluate images, videos, captions, and audio, write concise in-English explanations, and contribute to improving frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfort with natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and useful outputs are.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
