This is a fully remote, project-based role; you qualify once through a single assessment and then receive ongoing project matches spanning code review, evaluation, and original task creation.

Pay ranges from $50-$100/hour depending on the projects you qualify into. Benefits include flexible engagement and asynchronous work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering tasks across a range of AI training and evaluation projects.
• Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality.
• Deliver clear, well-documented work independently.
