Tether Ltd. is seeking an AI model engineer to drive innovation in training and optimizing vision-language models for production-scale deployment. You will own end-to-end workflows from data curation and training to evaluation and deployment across multimodal architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience with multimodal post-training workflows (supervised fine-tuning, distillation, RLHF).
• Publishes research at top AI conferences or equivalent venues.

Responsabilités

• Conduct end-to-end research and engineering on vision-language models.
• Design post-training pipelines including supervised fine-tuning and distillation.
• Develop and maintain multimodal datasets with curation and balancing.
• Drive model efficiency and deployability for production environments.
• Publish research findings where applicable.
