Job summary

Tether.io is seeking a member for their AI model team to drive innovation in architecture development for advanced models. You will work on cutting-edge architectures and multi-modal systems that improve efficiency and introduce new capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, significant experience with large distributed training on NVIDIA GPUs, and a PhD in a related field. Responsibilities include data strategy and scalability enhancements.

Qualifications

• PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field and a solid track record in AI R&D.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale LLM or Multi-Modal pre-training on distributed servers.
• Familiarity with large-scale, distributed training frameworks, libraries and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foundational pre-training for LLMs and Multi-Modal models on large, distributed servers.
• Design and scale innovative architectures and data pipelines for efficient pre-training.
• Investigate and debug bottlenecks in model efficiency and performance.
