Qualifications

• Deep expertise in LLMs and multi-modal architectures.

• Experience with data pipelines and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-training for LLMs and multi-modal models on large GPU clusters.
• Design and prototype scalable model architectures and cross-modal alignment layers.
• Build robust data pipelines for massive text and multimodal datasets.
• Run experiments, analyze results, and improve training efficiency.
• Work on distributed training systems and hardware-efficient solutions.
