Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven research record through publications or OSS contributions.
• Expertise in LLM evaluation methodologies, alignment techniques, and model optimization.
• Experience with fine-tuning, adapters, quantization, and distillation frameworks.
• Strong communication and independent research capabilities.
