Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI to help advance the QV.AC vision. You’ll identify valuable use cases, define AI features, and work with engineering and design to move features from discovery through delivery.

You’ll translate complex ideas into clear requirements, prototype and test concepts, and communicate trade‑offs with technical and non‑technical colleagues. This role embraces distributed collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI software.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features with engineering teams.
• Understanding of AI concepts: inference, models, context, evaluation.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear user problems, proposals, and requirements.
• Strong product judgment with a focus on usability and value.
• Prototyping using design or coding tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Help shape AI features: translate vision into concrete use cases and requirements.
• Understand users and problems; research how AI fits into workflows.
• Write briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows for engineering and design.
• Prototype and test ideas with wireframes and mockups.
• Collaborate on technical trade-offs across devices and models.
• Support prioritization, scope, dependencies, and backlog alignment.
• Drive feature delivery from discovery to release readiness.
• Stay updated on AI developments and practical relevance for QV.AC.
