Job summary

Outlier AI is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with AI voice models. You will score naturalness, compare images and videos to prompts, and provide written explanations of issues, all on a flexible freelance schedule.

Work remotely from the United Kingdom or elsewhere, with payments weekly and rates up to USD 15 per hour. Additional incentives vary by project and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on artefacts.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
