Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media as part of a remote freelance evaluation program. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score various outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, identifying issues, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations in English. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Able to think on your feet and describe realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when two options have drawbacks.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, glitches, or audio-visual mismatches and provide notes.
• Write detailed explanations in English highlighting what you saw or heard.
