Outlier, an AI training platform by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and write explanations in English detailing what looked off.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with payments weekly and access to leading LLMs. This freelance role lets you earn based on tasks and incentives while contributing to advancing AI alignment and performance.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues across adherence, quality and realism.
