Join a remote-first, globally distributed team and own end-to-end GenAI features—from concept to production. You’ll design robust agents, build observability, and iterate with real production metrics, shaping secure online experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software/Data/ML Engineering
• 1+ year building GenAI/LLM systems
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph
• Experience with cloud + Docker/Kubernetes
• Ownership from concept to production

Responsibilities

• Drive Summy AI Copilot: own core intelligence from concept to production
• Agentic Orchestration: design multi-turn AI agents with complex reasoning
• LLM Observability & Evaluation: set up tracing and evaluation pipelines
• Agentic Experience: evolve MCP server and Agent Skills for external AI agents
• Pragmatic Iteration: start with baselines and scale via metrics/A-B tests
