Job summary

Arrows is seeking an AI/Python developer to build greenfield AI pipelines and integrate AI features into the main site using PHP/Laravel. The role involves collaborating with a small team to design, document, and implement AI architecture for long-term growth. Remote work with occasional office visits for training and collaboration is offered.

You will work across Python, FastAPI, PHP/Laravel, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Docker, and OpenAI APIs, contributing to scalable AI-enabled web applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial experience with Python and a Python web framework.
• Experience with PHP and Laravel preferred.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and multi-tenant schemas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient Python code using FastAPI and integrate AI features with the main site.
• Collaborate with PHP/Laravel to embed AI capabilities into the web app.
• Follow coding standards, linters, and static analysis practices.
• Optimize storage, queries, and vector search for AI features.
• Coordinate AI pipelines with project architects and team leads.
