Job summary

Arrows is seeking an AI/Python developer to build greenfield AI pipelines and integrate AI features into the main site using PHP and Laravel. You will work with a small engineering team to design, document, and implement scalable AI architectures for live deployment.

This remote role includes occasional visits to the office for training and collaboration with project architects and Team Leads. It offers long-term growth and opportunities to progress technically within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial Python experience with a web framework (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Knowledge of PHP and Laravel preferred.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and multi-tenancy.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data scaling.
• Experience handling large data sets and code optimisation.
• Proficient with Git and version control.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, testable Python code using FastAPI.
• Integrate AI features into the main site using PHP/Laravel.
• Follow best practices and enable linters/static analysis.
• Optimise storage, queries, and indexing for AI features.
• Orchestrate AI agent workflows for site integration.
• Maintain code quality and debug as product grows.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, marketing, and product managers.
