You'll use AI tooling to accelerate development, translate business problems into software, and guide architecture as you grow into a senior technical lead.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand unfamiliar code quickly.
• Experience with PHP in large, established codebases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working software.
• Own day-to-day technical support and keep the application running.
• Work tickets, fix bugs, and maintain a live SaaS product.
• Use AI tooling as the primary means of delivery and ensure the correctness of outputs.
• Develop a clear plan for the system's evolution and deliver against it.
• Improve and restructure parts of the application as you become established.
• Take on architectural and technical-direction responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.
