Responsibilities

• Process high volume of inbound support tickets across plans with speed and accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues judiciously to Enterprise support when needed.
• Identify patterns and surface improvements to the product team with recommendations.
• Create or improve self-service content: docs, FAQs, videos.
• Engage with Runway community on Discord and forums.
• Contribute to process improvements and build tooling where possible.
• Triage technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support.
• Troubleshoot live within the Runway platform as required.
