Job summary

Nasstar is seeking an AI Consultant (Copilot Studio) for remote UK work within the Microsoft department. The role focuses on bridging AI experimentation with scalable deployment, leading design and build of intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and the Power Platform.

You’ll guide technical roadmaps and engage stakeholders across the client organization. The ideal candidate has a computer science/related degree and 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, with strong Microsoft AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, maths, physics or related field.
3+ years of commercial consulting experience, preferably with a Microsoft Partner.
Strong understanding of Microsoft AI stack: Copilot Studio, 365 Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform.
Experience building integrated Microsoft-based solutions with data sources via connectors.
Familiar with prompt engineering, RAG and enterprise knowledge grounding.
Experience leading ideation and requirements workshops.
Agile delivery experience and ability to work in sprints and demos.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ideation sessions to capture AI use cases and business needs.
Design, configure and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI tools.
Test, iterate and scale agents while improving accuracy and user experience.
Engage stakeholders from executives to technical teams to ensure alignment.
Produce clear documentation, handover, and adoption activities including governance.
