Job summary

SGNL is a high-volume financial-services lead generation and distribution business with a UK base. This role builds the AI-enabled intelligence layer and uses it to explain revenue and margin movements, guiding better decisions.

You will diagnose performance, build trusted definitions, improve data pipelines, and create dashboards and alerts to support action across the business. Remote-friendly and UK-based collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BI, analytics or commercial analysis.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills on live problems.
• Ability to turn messy business questions into reusable analyses.
• Practical use of LLMs, Copilot or similar tools.
• Comfort with high-volume transactional data and revenue/margin metrics.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial performance with structured investigations.
• Analyse affiliate, campaign, lender, pricing, routing, revenue and margin performance.
• Present findings so non-technical colleagues can act on them.
• Build the intelligence layer with defined metrics and reusable data definitions.
• Create Power BI surfaces and automated alerts for material moves in key metrics.
