Job summary

LOBA Group is seeking an experienced AI specialist to lead the adoption of AI and automation across its international recruitment operations. The role combines hands-on tool testing, workflow design and practical implementation to streamline processes and improve client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI product development, automation or closely related field.
• Experience taking AI projects from idea through implementation and adoption.
• Ability to apply AI to real business processes, not just experimentation.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing workflows and integrating tools for business processes.
• Understand data privacy, security, and human oversight importance.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an AI and automation roadmap for LOBA Group.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows end-to-end.
• Research, assess and implement AI tools that fit business needs.
• Build or configure workflows to reduce repetitive administration.
• Explore responsible use of AI for candidate research and content.
• Improve information capture, organization and access across systems.
• Integrate AI tools with CRM and other processes.
• Train and support colleagues in adopting AI effectively.
• Set standards for data privacy, accuracy and human oversight.
• Monitor AI developments and recommend beneficial tools.
• Track AI project results and report on efficiency and service quality improvements.
