Job summary

Best Practice Network is recruiting for an AI and Automation Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver high-quality training and assessment for trainees based in the teaching support education sector. You will plan holistically and support through to completion of the programme, sharing knowledge with trainees to ensure achievement.

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification or have experience in the subject area.
• Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
• Experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
• Able to develop strong professional relationships with employers and learners and have IT skills with e-portfolios.
• Hold a full driving licence, own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites.
• Demonstrate high motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely progress reviews with trainees and identify skills and knowledge gaps against the curriculum themes.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices on the AI and Automation Practitioner standards.
• Work as part of a team to support team goals.
• Maintain records relevant to individual trainees.
• Support the delivery of high-quality curriculum mastery to meet trainees’ requirements.
• Assess and feedback to learners using the portfolio system (BUD).
