Job summary

Outlier is seeking experts to earn up to $50 USD/hr as OpenClaw Agent Builders. This freelance, remote role offers flexible scheduling, with most contributors spending 5–10 hours per week, and payments weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

You will help shape autonomous agent workflows and participate in production-grade ML tasks for live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience, and a track record of delivering modular, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations (e.g., Supabase, Gmail, various APIs).
