You will shape autonomous agents, write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test complex multi-turn interactions across live environments. Compensation is up to $50 USD/hr with flexible scheduling and weekly payments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with hands-on experience delivering production-grade software and modular architectures. Global applicants encouraged.

Qualificações
