Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd invites applications for an Agriculture & Rural Network Adjuster based in Scotland. The role involves handling property claims within the rural sector, building relationships with customers, agencies and brokers, and delivering cradle-to-grave claims management according to client requirements.

Travel by car is essential, with flexible working options from office or home.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Experience or knowledge of agricultural businesses and rural community.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex claims.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Compile comprehensive reports and manage claims from cradle to grave in line with client requirements.
• Travel to sites as needed and liaise with agricultural agencies and brokers.
• Communicate clearly with policyholders, insurers and contractors to negotiate settlements.
• Support the claims process from initial intake to final settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
