Job summary

TrustedHousesitters Ltd. is hiring an Agile Coach to enable Product Engineering squads to work more effectively across the full lifecycle. You will embed consistent ways of working, coach for outcomes, and drive measurable changes while spending time with one or two squads at a time to build trust.

You’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Data Analysts, rolling up your sleeves to transform how teams plan, visualise progress and deliver value across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Coach with cross‑functional, self‑organising teams.
• Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑centric scale‑ups.
• Experience in remote‑first, high‑performance environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Lean thinking, principles and values.
• Hands‑on experience applying Scrum, Kanban, DevOps and XP.
• Experience teaching Agile practices like user story mapping, event storming, example mapping, slicing.
• Coaching teams on outcomes over output and continuous product discovery and delivery.
• Comfortable holding teams to agreed practices and closing gaps.

Responsibilities

• Coach squads to embed agile and product‑centric practices.
• Guide teams to mature delivery practices and product‑centred planning.
• Focus on outcomes and customer/business impact of releases.
• Facilitate team refinement, retrospectives and planning.
• Help drive a shift-left quality approach.
• Act as trusted advisor to teams and remove blockers.
• Suggest metrics to measure team effectiveness and improvement.
