TrustedHousesitters Ltd. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to enable Product Engineering squads across the full development lifecycle. You will foster consistency in planning, visualization, and delivery, embedding an agile mindset and ensuring outcomes over output.

You’ll work with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and leadership to drive measurable change. You’ll stay embedded with one or two squads per quarter, then share learnings and scale best practices across the team.

Formación

• Experience as Agile Coach with cross-functional, self-organising teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric scale-ups and remote-first environments.
• Hands-on with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps and XP frameworks; focus on outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coach squads to embed agile and product-centric practices with dual-track delivery.
• Guide teams to mature delivery practices and product-centric planning.
• Coach on outcomes over output and measure business impact.
• Facilitate refinement, retrospectives, and planning sessions as needed.
• Spot and accelerate AI-enabled improvements in workflows.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery plans visibility across squads.
