Eidra UK is seeking a skilled full stack developer to join Umain’s engineering practice. You will own specs, orchestrate multiple agents, and shape how we build software with AI-driven productivity.

The role spans frontend and backend work, with emphasis on TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js and cloud tooling. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, define clear requirements, and help establish best practices for agent-based delivery within Eidra UK.

Qualificações

• Proficient in TypeScript, React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Strong web fundamentals and front-end expertise.
• Experience delivering production software with coding agents or AI-enhanced workflows.
• Ability to define specs from actors to features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating multiple agents in parallel and choosing model mixes.

Responsabilidades

• Spec driven delivery: write structured specs, define scope and acceptance criteria.
• Agent orchestration: run swarms, manage tooling, ensure output quality.
• Model selection: mix frontier and open-weight models appropriately.
• Full stack engineering: build web apps and APIs, deploy on cloud, monitor observability.
