Job Description:

SYNOPSIS

You will be part of Emocien’s Advisory Committee, contributing to policies, procedures, and practices to promote inclusion and safeguarding.

ROLE

You will work online and remotely for 16 hours annually at $50.00 per hour. Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to Emocien’s policies and procedures;
  2. Attending Advisory Committee meetings and participating actively;
  3. Enhancing Emocien’s Resource Centre;
  4. Writing posts and blogs to support members in managing mental health issues.

Applicants should have relevant experience, especially in resource identification, participating in management meetings, and engaging on social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should be experts in common mental health issues, either as qualified clinicians or through lived experience. Emocien values both expertise types.

Candidates must have the skills and experience to perform the role effectively and demonstrate professionalism in interactions with colleagues and members.
