Job summary

The role involves remote support for calibration, fault-finding, and diagnostic procedures, aiding workshops and technicians with software and tool setups. You will interpret fault codes and diagrams, maintain records, and share best practices with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong automotive diagnostic and ADAS knowledge.
- Experience with OEM or aftermarket diagnostic tools.
- Clear communication and customer support skills.
- Problem solving ability and methodical troubleshooting.
- Automotive qualifications such as IMI or ASE desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for ADAS calibration, fault-finding, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assist customers with diagnostic software, equipment setup, and system programming.
- Interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, and technical data to diagnose issues.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to technical documentation.
- Provide training and share best practices with customers and internal teams.
