PWH Studio is seeking a flexible, multi-disciplinary Account Manager/Project Lead. This hybrid/remote role combines account handling, project management, and client delivery, all aligned with our forthcoming brand refresh.

You will manage client communications, briefs, resources, timelines, budgets and onboarding while building strong relationships with retained clients. The role offers remote work with Cornwall-based semi-regular check-ins, part-time hours (ideally 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm, four

• Proven experience of account handling and/or project management within an agency.
• Approachable people-person, with a confident communication style.
• Analytical and creative thinker with ideas to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Brief and manage internal and external resources.
• Own project management from kick-off to launch with timelines and milestones.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting with insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Handle month-end client invoicing.
