Job summary

Cosmo is seeking experienced educators to serve as tutors for ESL students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. This independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule and $20 USD per class plus incentives. Tutors should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience in K-12. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, providing personalized instruction, and maintaining professional communication. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Minimum of 20 hours availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
