Job summary

An online learning platform is seeking tutors to provide personalized instruction focused on ESL students in Singapore and Hong Kong. This role allows for a flexible schedule where educators can engage in 1 on 1 lessons, ensuring a supportive and motivational learning environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience in ELA. The commitment is for a minimum of 6 months with pay starting at $20 USD per class with incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
