What You'll Be Doing!
You will be responsible for handling cases of mortgage remediation, handling customer services queries for both closed and live accounts, active complaint management/dispute resolution and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
More Specifically, You'll.....
- Communicate directly with borrowers to explain findings and/or discuss remediation options
- Process remediation payments and adjustments in loan servicing systems
- General customer service and First Point of Contact complaint management,
- Undertake administrative tasks; processing activities such as debtor tracing, returned mail and workflow management
- Provide support and assistance in other areas of loan/remediation servicing as needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For!
- Strong experience in Customer Service, Mortgage Servicing, Compliance, or a related financial field
- Reasonable understanding of mortgage industry regulations
- Proficient in, and familiar with loan servicing / claim management databases and software / remediation processing tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle vulnerable customers.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
