AMS is seeking a Remediation Customer Service Specialist for a 6-month contract based in Manchester—working 2 days per week on-site and the remainder from home. The first two weeks will involve training in the office.
Purpose of the Role: You will join a specialist Remediation team to deliver successful outcomes for the business and customers. Your responsibilities include responding to queries promptly within SLAs, investigating transactions, and working collaboratively to improve customer service, processes, and procedures.
