Remediation Analyst (Life & Pensions)
Location: Bath (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office)
Salary: 34k- 38k + excellent benefits
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Deerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected Life & Pensions organisation to source a skilled Remediation Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Bath. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Remediation Team focused on identifying and resolving complex operational issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across the business. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, investigating non-compliant transactions, analysing large datasets, and leading workshops to deliver impactful remediation strategies.

We are looking for professionals with proven experience in the financial services sector and strong analytical skills. A solid understanding of investments and investment products, as well as familiarity with Consumer Duty, is essential.
