Job Summary

We are looking for two enthusiastic Remediation Analysts to join our client's dynamic Controls & Remediation team. As a Remediation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and compliant resolution of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end remediation workflows, including creating and maintaining comprehensive remediation trackers and logging and monitoring action items, deadlines, and statuses
  • Conduct regular outreach to stakeholders and clients, including scheduling calls, capturing requirements, and following up on deliverables
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management and regulators
  • Identify gaps, escalate risks, and propose corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and stored in accordance with policy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive closure
