Our client is looking for two enthusiastic Remediation Analysts to join their dynamic Controls & Remediation team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating activities that drive results, we want to hear from you!

Role Summary:

As a Remediation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and compliant resolution of identified issues. You will coordinate remediation activities, track progress, and engage with both internal and external clients to create seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end remediation workflows:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive remediation trackers (spreadsheets, databases)
  • Log and monitor action items, deadlines, and statuses

Conduct regular outreach to stakeholders and clients:

  • Schedule calls, capture requirements, and follow up on deliverables
  • Draft clear, professional emails and meeting notes
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management and regulators
  • Identify gaps, escalate risks, and propose corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and stored in accordance with policy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations) to drive closure
