About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a significant impact within a dynamic team.

As a Remediation Administrator, you will be a key part of our operational team, responsible for processing a high volume of instructions accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team, supporting queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Your keen attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in processing new investments and supporting administrative tasks across our product range on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines efficiently, and have strong attention to detail, you are a great fit for our team. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, are essential.

A positive attitude and interest in the financial services industry are important. Relevant experience or a Financial Services qualification is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
