Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Remedial Works Manager (Water Hygiene) to lead end-to-end remedial projects across the UK, with home-based work and extensive site travel. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with client liaison, scoping, RAMS, and quotations, offering a clear path to seniority.

You will drive site assessments, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal engineers, contributing to growth.

Are you a Water Hygiene Engineer ready to step up into senior role, taking ownership of remedial projects end to end with a clear, supported path to leading your own specialist sector?

The Role:

• Assessing reports/site findings to identify defects, remedial solutions and follow-on opportunities

• Home based with UK-wide travel to client sites (1-2 days WFH, remainder travelling)
• Commission available to increase earnings
