Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Remedial Plumber to join a Midlands-based team. The role involves remedial plumbing on commercial sites and legionella maintenance, with a van, overtime opportunities, and benefits included.

The ideal candidate has Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing, water compliance qualifications (beneficial), a full driving licence, and DBS clearance. Flexibility across Midlands sites such as offices, schools, and healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on commercial sites carrying out remedial plumbing and legionella maintenance.
• Flexibility on work locations across the Midlands and an interest in planned overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install/modify pipework (15mm to 6”).
• TMV installs/servicing.
• Flushing.
• Deadlegs.
• Calorifier installs.
• Water tank repair/replace and valve replacement.
• Water Hygiene duties such as sampling, monitoring and water tank servicing.
