Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Remedial Plumber (Water Hygiene Specialist) to work on commercial sites across Greater London, including healthcare locations, office buildings and retail premises.

Salary is £35,000-£42,000 with a van, optional overtime and benefits. Some travel outside the Greater London area may be required for annual leave coverage.

Requirements include 4 years as a qualified Remedial Plumber with Level 2 in plumbing, a full driving license and DBS check.

Qualifications

• 4 years as a qualified Remedial Plumber with Level 2 in plumbing.
• Experience in water hygiene duties including flushing, sampling and monitoring.
• Full driving license and DBS checked.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipework maintenance, tank replacements, fixing taps and leak detection and removal of deadlegs.
• Cover water hygiene tasks.
• Undertake other PPM tasks on commercial plumbing systems where required.
• Keep job records up to date via an iPad.
