Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Remedial Plumber to join a specialist water treatment and hygiene team, working on project sites across Greater London.

You will inspect and repair hot and cold-water systems, install TMVs, maintain paperwork, and liaise with head office. A full UK driving license and DBS check are required.

Formación

• Level 2 Plumbing Diploma required; other qualifications (G3 Unvented, Water Regs) of interest.
• Proven experience working independently and in pairs on commercial or domestic sites.
• DBS check and full driving licence are required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and repair hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, pumps, and pipework.
• Install, service, and replace TMVs (thermostatic mixing valves).
• Maintain site paperwork and liaise with head office on future works.
• Carry out leak detection and identify loss of pressure.
• Perform basic water hygiene tasks such as temperature monitoring, flushing outlets, and tank cleans.

Remedial Plumber - Greater London

£38000-£44000 + Van + Benefits

Established over 20 years, our client a specialist water treatment and hygiene company providing practical compliance, maintenance, and system management services on commercial and industrial sites are actively looking for a Remedial Plumber to join an existing team carrying out project work on locations across Greater London.

Key responsibilities for the Remedial Plumber will include:

• Ensuring sites are compliant to ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Inspecting/repairing hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, pumps and pipework
• Installing, servicing and replacing TMVs (thermostatic mixing valves)
• Maintaining all site paperwork and liaising with head office on future works
• Carrying out leak detection and identifying any loss of pressure
• Basic water hygiene responsibilities such as - temperature monitoring, flushing outlets, on occasion tank cleans

To apply for the Remedial Plumber position the following experience is required

• Level 2 diploma in Plumbing (other qualifications also of interest including G3 Unvented and Water Regs)
• Proven experience working independently and in a pair on commercial or domestic site
• Previous experience in water hygiene tasks including - sampling, monitoring, tank cleans and flushing
• Full driving License
• DBS Checked
