Requirements for applicants:

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ plumbing qualification or equivalent
• Experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude and technical ability
• Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working independently, leading teams, and overcoming challenges
• Ability to discuss technical issues confidently and record detailed reports and log books
• Physical capability for lifting, carrying, and climbing
• Full UK driving license

Duties and responsibilities:

• Plumbing tasks such as dead end/leg removal, ball valve replacement, installation of insect screens, tank vents, fitting lids, lagging, TMV servicing, tap replacement, pipe rerouting, water heater replacement, softener installation, and equipment installation
• Temperature monitoring of tap outlets and tanks
• Cleaning and disinfecting shower heads and outlets
• Water system inspections and sampling
• Analysis of closed systems with site test kits
• Chemical dosing and cooling tower maintenance
• Water feature analysis, sampling, and cleaning & disinfection
• Descaling and internal inspections of calorifiers and water heaters
• System cleaning and disinfection in accordance with standards
• Mains injection disinfection and softener servicing
