Job summary

Hippo Digital is recruiting for Intermediate Delivery Managers to join our growing consultancy. You’ll embed agile ways of working, support multi-disciplinary teams, and lead ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews.

You’ll focus on priorities to deliver products and services, remove impediments, and coach teams to continuous improvement. Travel to UK client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital projects in agile teams.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile and Scrum practices (SCRUM/Lean).
• Comfort leading multidisciplinary teams of various configurations and sizes.
• Knowledge and experience of collaboration and project management tools.
• Understand user centred design principles and practices.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help to build and maintain the team on-site, making sure that they are motivated, happy, and working well together.
• Embed agile ways of working and run the ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and show and tells
• Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
• Facilitate and track team risks and dependencies
• Help the team to focus on the priorities to deliver the product or service
• Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
• Coach and mentor team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques
• Build great relationships with your team and stakeholders
