Job summary

Hippo Digital Limited is recruiting for Intermediate Delivery Managers to join our growing consultancy. Delivery Managers work with clients to embed agile ways of working and support multi-disciplined teams to focus on the priorities to deliver the associated product or services.

You'll also run ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and show and tells. As an Intermediate Consultant, specialising in Delivery, you'll already have experience in your field.

Qualifications

Experience delivering digital projects in agile teams.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum/Lean practices.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with collaboration and project management tools.
Understanding of user-centred design principles.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an on-site delivery team that is motivated and cohesive.
Embed agile practices and run ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros).
Identify obstacles and help the team overcome them.
Facilitate and track risks and dependencies.
Help focus on priorities to deliver the product or service.
Encourage continuous delivery improvement and lean practices.
Coach team members to apply agile tools and techniques.
Build strong relationships with the team and stakeholders.
