Job summary

Red Recruits is seeking a reliable Business Removals Operative / HGV Class 2 Driver in Oxfordshire for a permanent, full-time role. You will move, relocate and install clients' effects safely while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires driving Category C vehicles, loading and unloading, handling items with care, and following health and safety guidelines. You may work on specialist relocations and occasional longer trips, with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Category C licence is essential.
• Experience in removals/relocation or manual handling is beneficial.
• DBS clearance and BPSS clearance will be arranged by the company.
• Desirable: FORS Awareness, ADR classifications, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive rigid commercial vehicles with Category C licence.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are secured.
• Move, relocate and install clients' furniture and equipment safely.
• Follow manual handling and Health & Safety guidelines.
